ORDER POLICIES
Ordering
BeautyStorePro.com offers the best quality
beauty products to business professionals, and cosumers. Some of our products are sensitive in nature and can therefore
only be sold to licensed professionals.
Usually the shipping and handling of most purchase
orders delivered within the Continental US takes from 3 to 5 days, in rare occasions orders can take 21 business
days - not including weekends; this order-delivery time-frame simply depends upon the specific location of the
order recipient and the availability of the items requested. Periodically, a manufacturer may not have anticipated
the popularity of certain products - in those very rare circumstances, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
We accept American Express, Visa, Discover, &
MasterCard charge, debit or check cards via our 'Secure Online Payment Services'. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders for regularly stocked items may be canceled
at no charge if BeautyStorePro.com is notified before the order is shipped. Cancellations after an order has been
shipped are subject to the return policy below. If you wish to order additional items, please submit a new order.
Back-orders
BeautyStorePro.com will ship all back orders
as soon as merchandise is received.

only, not telephones, responding to all inquiries via email. Why? Because we must be able to retain hard copy documentation
for 'Federally Insured U.S. Banks & Credit Card Issuing Companies' of all of our transactions & conversations
with our customers concerning their order/accounts via their 'Verifiable Email Address' for obvious security reasons
and to prevent fraud. This protects both the customer and us by providing each an accurate physical record of the
monetary transaction - which in turn allows us to provide fast and reliable customer service for every customer

International Orders
BeautyStorePro.com will ship International
orders, recipient pays for US Postal Service 5-10 Days. Shipping will calculated and charged to your card after
we have shipped the products to you. Our Crdit Card Clearing Company ONLY approves US issued credit cards. If this

Shipping
BeautyStorePro.com customers choose a preferred
shipping method during the shopping process. Most shipping costs around $6.00.
You can choose several items from our store, then proceed to checkout, at this point you can view the shipping
charges. If you have any questions regarding shipping costs, please contact Customer Care. Total shipping time
equals product availability plus transit time. Back-ordered items will be shipped at no additional charge to you.
Payment
BeautyStorePro.com accepts the following major
credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express.
Returns
BeautyStorePro.com will exchange, refund or
credit the purchase price of a damaged, defective or unwanted item. The item must be returned to BeautyStorePro.com
within 30 days of receipt. Exchanges will be re-shipped immediately, upon return of goods. Refunds or credits will
be processed within 30 days of return receipt.
If you need to return an item, simply give us a call and UPS will pick the items up. Return shipping for damaged
or defective items may be refundable.
Return Requirements:
All products must be returned in their original
container or package, in a clean and salable condition.
Damaged and defective items must be returned in their original container or package.
All instruction manuals, accessories, warranty cards and packaging must be included.
A copy of the invoice and a written statement documenting the reason for return must accompany all returns.
Returned products must have been received by the customer within the previous thirty (30) days. Any returns past
thirty (30) days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please note these exceptions:
Special Order Items: Products that we do not ordinarily stock are not eligible for return.
Controlled drugs are not eligible for return.
Perishable or expired items are not eligible for return.
